Acceptable Use Policy Prohibited Products
SellApp strives to accommodate a safe atmosphere for customers and sellers alike. To that extent, we do not authorize the sale, transfer, or distribution of certain goods and/or services, listed below.
There are some products which cannot be sold using our platform because they:
- are prohibited by the payment processing service; or
- are in violation of the laws in the countries where we provide service; or
- are not in line with our platform's guidelines
In this agreement, and by making use of our platform, you explicitly affirm that you will not accept payments in connection to the following business activities:
Financial and professional services
- Credit counseling or credit repair agencies
- Credit protection or identity theft protection service
- Prepaid phone cards or phone services
- Sales of money-orders or foreign currency by non-financial institutions
- Bankruptcy attorneys or collection agencies engaged in the collection of debt
- Wire transfer money orders
Unfair, predatory, or deceptive practices
- Unauthorized multi-level marketing businesses
- Inbound or outbound telemarketers
- High-risk products and services, including telemarketing sales
- Get rich quick schemes
IP Infringement, regulated or illegal products and services
- Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement
- Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
- Sales of: (i) firearms, firearm parts or hardware, and ammunition; (ii) weapons and other devices designed to cause physical injury;
- Escort services and/or Adult content (sexual/pornographic, and/or any other erotic content) and services
- Hate or harmful products
- Internet/mail order/telephone order of age restricted products (e.g., tobacco)
- Financial institutions offering manual or automated cash disbursements
- Any type of stolen digital content, including (but not limited to): accounts/logins, software, codes or keys
- Any type of financial accounts; also known as 'stealth' accounts
- Software such as (but not limited to) game cheats, bypassed/cracked content, warez, software packs

Storefronts violating our AUP can be deleted at any time without prior notification. Once deleted, we will not assist in retrieving any data pertaining to the violating store.
